Jr. Software Developer
Requirements: Gunnison is searching for a junior application-level developer with 1-2 years experience developing for Windows and the Internet using the Microsoft development platform. Must be able to communicate with users to interpret and confirm requirements, implement software code modules, and unit test and troubleshoot software issues. Object oriented design, database, and application experience is desired, as well as a bachelor's degree in computer sciences or a related field. Desired experience includes: Microsoft Visual Studio, VB.Net, ASP.Net, and C#, Oracle or SQL Server. Candidates will be required to complete a federal government clearance process successfully. Other desirable experience includes: configuration management of documentation and code, software version control and release control, defect tracking and reporting. Work location will be onsite at the Census Bureau in Suitland, MD; projects involve truly challenging technical problems and technologies.

Software Tester/Business Analyst
Requirements: We are seeking a mid-level or senior analyst with a strong background in system testing to support multiple software design and development efforts. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with experience in developing test plans and in leading testing efforts for complex business and/or scientific systems. Experience with software testing support tools such as Test Director or other similar tools is required, and experience with load testing tools such as Winrunner is desirable. The candidate should also have general business analysis experience in developing and documenting user requirements; working with customers to design system features such as screens and reports; and system support. Some experience with the Microsoft development environment is desirable, along with CMMI processes and standards; general program management processes and standards; Joint Application Development (JAD); and rapid development processes. Position requires strong oral and written communications skills, and the ability to work closely and productively with an interdisciplinary team. Candidate will be required to complete a Federal Government clearance process successfully.

Junior / Mid-Level Programmer
Requirements: Gunnison is searching for a junior/mid-level programmer to join a technical team based in Rockville, MD. Position will become part of an Agile development team developing custom applications for public health science initiatives. Projects will include mobile application development, web services development and custom application development.
Education: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience Level Desired: 1-2 years – Junior/Mid Level
Technical Skills Required: C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, XML, SQL
Additional Experience Considered (Pluses): Java, Objective-C, SQL Server & Agile Development Methodologies
